The tenth instalment of financial benefit for farmers through Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) yojana was released on 1st Jan 2022.

Montran’s NACH (National Automated Clearing House) application installed at NPCI processed 190 MN transactions in a day, ensuring payment delivery to beneficiaries in a timely and secure manner.

Officially launched in February 2019 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the PM Kisan scheme, with an aim to supplement the income of farmers, completes two years of its inception in February 2021. This scheme provides financial assistance to eligible beneficiaries, deposited directly to their bank accounts.

A multi-currency and multi-lingual system, NACH incorporates various key features essential for a central infrastructure application. Secure file processing, multi-format message support, integration with source systems & related modules and real-time monitoring are few of the diverse features provided by the application.

Montran has been an indispensable part of this initiative with the PM Kisan yojana and NPCI. With its file processing system implemented at NPCI, Montran’s NACH system has facilitated seamless processing of high-volumes of transactions under the PM Kisan scheme.
